The team has conceptualized and completed the design development of 3,50,000 Sft of 5 Star hotel on the Old Airport road opposite to The Leela Palace.

The 200 room 5 Star hotel has been designed based on Asian Theme with about four outlets  ,Banquet,  Business center,Spa and other related activities.

Highlight of the design in addition to be being theme based is also in use of innovative materials and finishes.

The team has also been involved in the design documentation of the Art work in the interiors and also the exterior facade of the Hotel.With design documentation completed, the Vivid Kreations-Project Management Consultancy has geared up to complete the execution on site in the next nine months.
