Management

We are a Proprietor organisation initiated by our CIO Mr. Kiran Katimani in the year 2002.

Mr Kiran Kattimani, graduated from Karnatak University, has good hands on experiance in the field of design and project management having worked in MNCs like Bovis Lend Lease before forming his own team of architects and engineers. He travels globally and keeps his team updated with the latest in the market and has worked very hard to get the organisation global recognition in a very short time span.

The overall Administration / Finance and Materials Manangement is meticulously managed by our CEO Mr. Hariharan who has about 40 years experience in finance / construction planning and management.

The design studio is headed by Ms. Shree, graduate from Bangalore University having worked in various MNCs and exposure to different fields of design and planning. Ms. Shree along with her team of architects, interior designers and graphic designers evolve innovative and creative designs and impressive levels of detailing.
